Partners Doug Egan and Bill Held are both industry trained Community Managers who possess integrity, are detail oriented, operate from a compassionate platform and above all have a commitment to excellence in service. Partner Profiles
Douglas Egan
Doug attended the State University of New York at Farmingdale, studying business administration followed by a career in various management positions in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. He worked as an integral member of the wholesale glass trade in New York for over 25 years. Doug has extensive management experience and has cultivated a strong interpersonal skill set.

Since arriving in Arizona in 2002, Doug expanded his management knowledge base to include the field of Community Association Management. Through his training from the National Institute of Community Management, Doug achieved the designation of Independent Community Manager (ICM). He continues coursework through the Community Association Institute toward the distinction of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

Doug’s sound management experience and excellent communication skills assist the many Homeowner Association Board Members he advises on a regular basis.

Bill Held
Bill obtained a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, with assignments as an armor officer in Europe and on the development team at Fort Knox, Kentucky for the Army M-1 tank. Bill was also with the US Army Corps of Engineers in an Area Office responsible for Contracts administration and construction supervision for more than $100 million dollars in DOD, Navy, Air Force and Army and DOD schools construction contracts in Japan.

As a resident of Arizona since 1985, Bill has been involved with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) in the Phoenix Area for the last 13 years. Along with the engineering experience he brings to any HOA project, Bill was also a certified field supervisor for hazardous waste cleanup, a certified asbestos inspector/Management Planner, and has conducted and written hundreds of environmental site assessments necessary for the sale of commercial and federal government property. This extensive background in engineering, environmental issues, budgeting, planning, scheduling, personnel and project management has proven valuable through cost savings to the HOAs he manages. Bill has sound management judgment and makes pertinent recommendations to the HOA board members he advises.
